A: We offer a 90-day warranty on our Freedom Phone. This covers any problems that may arise as a result of defective hardware.

A: When you purchase a Freedom Phone, you will also receive a case, screen protector, SIM card ejector, and a USB-c charger.
Q: Are there Freedom Phone cases available for purchase?
A: At this time, we are not offering cases for your Freedom Phone, but a case is included with every phone you purchase.
Q: Is the Freedom Phone waterproof?
A: While the Freedom Phone isn’t waterproof, it is water-resistant. While we wouldn’t recommend you take it on a swim, it handles incidental contact with water very well.
Q: What is Freedom Phone’s return policy?
A: Un-Opened Orders : We take pride in the quality of the products that we sell, and as a direct result, offer a 14-day money-back guarantee (from the initial order date) on all Freedom Phone hardware, accessories, peripherals, and unopened items still in its/their original sealed packaging. Opened Orders : Because we already spent funds on the hardware and cannot reuse phones due to security reasons, we offer a 20% refund within 14-days from the initial order date if the box has been opened.

A: You can use virtually any carrier with your Freedom Phone. By putting your SIM card into a Freedom Phone, you should immediately have access to your provider’s network.
